Do you have an installation team or do you just sell the product?
Short answer is, we offer both!
We have an in-house installation team, but we require some detailed information from you in order to proceed with a request. Please call the office at 613-828-7686 to discuss. Our office and yard at 950 Moodie serve the Ottawa community with interlocking bricks and supplies; from your base materials, fabrics, tools, and decorative stones, to interlocking pavers, steps, and firepits.
What are your hours?
Monday-Friday 8AM-4PM (prior to May 23rd).
Monday-Friday 7AM-4PM (starting May 23rd) and Saturdays from 8AM-12PM ,excluding long-weekends, until the end of landscaping season (September/October).
What is the turnaround time for delivery?
We suggest ordering your materials and booking your delivery 7-10 days before the date required.
Depending on the delivery schedule, we may have sudden openings or weekend availability, so please discuss availability with your Sales Representative when completing your order.
How does your base material get delivered?
Our base materials get delivered in a dump truck rather than a Super-Sac.
We usually suggest laying a ground fabric or tarp on your driveway for an easy clean-up.
Our staff will call you when any delivery truck leaves our yard to give you notice that your product is on its way.
Once the driver arrives, he will back the dump truck into your driveway and dump the materials.
We do offer split loads, but only two materials can be delivered at once, unless mixing of materials is allowed.
We provide two sizes of dump trucks, which can hold a maximum of 7 cubic yards or 12 cubic yards at once. Split boxes are offered with only two materials. Small truck can carry 4 cubic yards of one material and 4 cubic yards of the other. The large truck can carry 4 cubic yards of one material and 8 cubic yards of another.
Minimum delivery order is one cubic yard and delivery rates vary on destination.

Is your display open?
Our outdoor display is open 24hrs a day, 7 days a week from April 1st to October 31st (weather permitting). Our office display can be seen during business hours and for an online display, please visit our website.
Do you offer stone cutting?
We do offer stone cutting services on concrete items, but not on natural stone products. The thickest paver we can cut is 6” and we do not cut steps. (Weight limits do apply) Call to inquire 613-828-7686.

We do offer free estimates/quotes. Please call our office at 613-828-7686 or stop by in person to inquire about availability.
How does delivery work for natural boulders?
Once you come pick the stone of your choosing, we weigh it with our large scale and have you pay for the product inside. All natural boulders are sold by weight.
If delivery is needed, we apply the delivery charge based on your location and have it loaded onto a pallet. Our driver will deliver the pallet with your stone attached to your driveway. We do not offer stone placement services.
Do you offer a Military / First Responders discount?
Yes we do! We offer a 10% Discount for all current and former serving personnel of the Canadian Armed Forces and First Responders.
